How It Works

Getting groceries delivered to your villa is as easy as 123.

1. Click on “shop” on the home page, choose the item and enter the quantity that you would like to order, and click “update” to put it into your cart. As you are adding items you will see them added to your list on the left hand side of the page. If you would like to change the quantity, you can go back to the item, enter in the new quantity and then click update. If you would like to delete an item simply press the red “X” on the left shopping cart and it will delete it from your list.

2. When you have completed your shopping click “Checkout” under the items in your cart. It will then give you an itemized list of your order, and you can once again edit or delete any items currently in your cart. If you forgot something, click the “continue shopping” and it will send you back to the shopping cart. The total reflected now includes our 15% service fee. Minimum of $20 usd and maximum of $50usd. If everything is correct select “checkout”. You now have to either sign in if you have an existing account, create a new one, or you can just log in using your Facebook information. The next page asks you to verify your personal information, and details of your arrival to Cabo. There is also a delivery option (for day of arrival or following morning) and a space for additional requests. If you would like to order something specific, have a request that was not listed, or would like to convey any specific information regarding your order, this is where you can enter that information. Click how you would like to pay for the order and then “place order”.

3. Wait for your confirmation. Within 24 hours we will send you your detailed shopping list via email with all of your items that you have requested. It will include the delivery date and time for which you are scheduled. We try to accommodate if you have a specific delivery request to the best of our ability. If you are staying at a resort – we meet you in the lobby. If you are staying in a private villa or home, we can deliver right to your door. Once you receive your confirmation, you are required to respond simply to agree to the delivery and our terms and conditions.

Your payment can be made either in cash at the time of delivery or via PayPal prior to your arrival. If you would like to pay with PayPal the total is subject to a 5% surcharge. Please let us know what method you would prefer to use. We do not ask for a credit card or payment during the online shopping cart check-out.
